Bring on twenty-ten!

Finally back in good ol' Weymouth, with some time to myself.
I've caught up with all my uni work and got a couple new song ideas in progress.

Since I've been back I've managed to push myself to do my coursework on time, for once, as well, as usual, not turning down a night out. I've drunk more in this first week back than what I do in most months. Two thumbs up!
I've also been catching up on Greek - and by "catching up" I mean I've re-watched the whole first series. I forgot how much I loved that program. It is still the only season I've seen, so I'm currently looking online for a box set, or the seasonal DVDs. Mostly because I can't find a torrent, and streaming dodgy copies gets tedious.

Plans for the near future are nothing from the norm. At least someone, or, some two people are celebrating their birthday every weekend for the next month. This means I'm scrounging for costumes, or turning up dressed normally to disappoint. Just the fact that I tend to spend £40 minimum on a night out doesn't help much either.
My girlfriend should be coming to visit me in a couple of weeks too! I absolutely can't wait.

It's really difficult being in a long distance relationship. Even more so after I had such a lovely couple of weeks with her over Christmas and New Year.
I realise how much time I could be spending with her had I chosen to not move away.

Other Christmas happenings involved me getting mugged, resulting in my phone getting nicked and me, instead of having a good night out, spent 5 or 6 hours in the police station writing a statement. FUN!
Not only that, but it just really isn't fun when you have to live without a phone for a certain amount of time. Then when you finally get a new one it starts playing up. However though, since I've been back here it seems to be fine. Touch wood.

My brother also decided to Facebook advertise an early New Year's Eve party, which meant a lot of randomers were in the house, and eventually it got trashed. I'd say sure not his fault or whatever, but he did let them in the door. Plonker.

Aside from them couple of things Christmas on a whole was good and out of all the visits has definitely been the best time I've spent with my girlfriend.

Snazzy Christmas tree ;)

To sum up, my stay back home at my mum's was good, and it was definitely nice to see Louise, but I am so glad to be back in Weymouth.
Up next is to just find a job! Yeah... Right.
